on another note, i think it’s interesting that the person who made that comment implies that atheists don’t try to shove their beliefs down people’s throats.  i have not encountered one religious/non-religious group that didn’t try to shove their beliefs down my throat/other people’s throats.  grow up if you think atheists don’t do it too.  catholics do it, mormons do it, hindus do it, atheists do it, every group does it.  maybe YOU don’t do it, but you aren’t atheists as a whole.  in fact, the only group that i’ve never witnessed do it is unitarian universalists, except i’m not even really sure what exactly they believe, so maybe they do it too and i just don’t know about it haha.

The unitarian universalists turn out to be the only group that has succeeded in shoving their religion down everyones throat, its called: believe what you want lets be friends
